Stage I - Garin Tzabar Preparation Process

1st Interview
Get Interviewed by one of Garin Tzabar Team members from all over the world (by phone or Zoom), the interview will determine if you can participant at the Garin Tzabar Preparation process

1st seminar
Open to all those who are interested, qualify with regard to the program requirements and passed the 1st interview. During this part, candidates will receive comprehensive information about the program and will begin to build and consolidate the group.

1st parents conference (North America only)

The candidates will be interviewed by senior army officers from the Meitav unit, which is responsible for screening and assigning new IDF recruits

personal interviews and an examination of each candidate's personal suitability for the program

Parents conference and farewell ceremony

Candidates will be interviewed by teams from the absorbing communities and the program's team in Israel
