Garin Tzabar Social Media & Customer Service Coordinator (CSC)

Background

Garin Tzabar is a unique program that provides comprehensive services to young Jewish adults (ages 18-24) who make Aliyah and serve in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) as Lone Soldiers.

Garin Tzabar members must go through an inclusive screening process that includes 4 seminars and other tests. These seminars occur simultaneously in 8 different locations worldwide for more than 800 potential participants every year.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and create original content for Garin Tzabar social media platforms
  • Create a monthly schedule of content for Garin Tzabar social media platforms
  • Respond to incoming leads on multiple channels at least every 24 hours and after weekends
  • In charge of email automation & “customer journey” on CRM system
  • Conversation monitoring on social media channels
  • Writing formal letters and content editing in English

 

Skills Requirements

  • Native English speaker (was born & raised as an English speaker) – MUST
  • Great English writing skills– MUST
  • Former lone solider – Advantage
  • Garin Tzabar and or Tzofim Alumni – Advantage
  • Understanding, knowing, or previous experience in social media– Advantage
  • Background in customer service/ advocacy/ call center – Advantage
  • Basic knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and or Premiere Advantage
  • Marketing oriented
  • High level of Hebrew
  • Basic skills in “Microsoft Office” application
  • Able to work in a team
  • Able to work independently beyond traditional office hours including night hours

 

Part-time (50%) Job, a weekly day in the office (Yad Eliyahu, Tel Aviv) + independent work from home/office
