This position is based in New York.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate the administrative and logistical aspects of Garin Tzabar Seminars (5 seminars each year)
Manage formal correspondences with IDF officers and Israeli kibbutz representatives
Direct the admissions process for prospective Garin Tzabar participants, including conducting interviews
Maintain the program’s data and ensure accurate record-keeping using CRM systems
Work closely with the Director of Garin Tzabar in North America on a daily basis
Collaborate with the Garin Tzabar team in Israel and global partners
Skills requirements
Fluency in English and Hebrew – MUST
Knowledge of Aliyah and familiarity with the integration process into Israeli society – advantage
Alumni of Garin Tzabar, Tzofim, or other youth movement – advantage
Ability to manage multiple projects while coordinating relations with external partners
Creative problem-solving approach
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Understanding of Israeli and American culture, with a proven ability to manage interpersonal and intercultural relations
This is a part-time position, requiring 20 hours per week (50%), starting in September 2023.
There is an option to combine this position with another role if desired.
