This position is based in New York.

Responsibilities:
Oversee the screening and preparation process of religious candidates from North America
Provide exceptional customer service to individuals interested in a religious Garin Tzabar.
Coordinate and support one group of Garin Tzabar in their preparation process
Take charge of the educational responsibility for seminars
Establish personal connections and maintain contact with Garin members and parents
Manage the bureaucratic process for your Garin
Getting to know each Garin Member story by forming a personal connection and Personal contact with Garin members and parents
Maintain contact with partners and other organizations
Map the different religious communities and market the program to the relevant audience
Utilize the Management Information System, “Tzabarnet”
Skills requirements
Fluency in English and Hebrew – MUST
Substantial time living in the New York Area – MUST
Familiar with religion and Halacha – MUST
Experience in Education – advantage
Personal knowledge of Aliyah and integration into Israeli Society – advantage
B.A. in Education/Humanities – advantage
Garin Tzabar/youth movement alumni – advantage
Ability to effectively communicate in front of an audience
Strong team player
Willingness to work after official working hours, including weekends
Two-year commitment for the position
Part-time position (50% – 20 hours a week) – starting September 2023.
